About This Program
Group classes at Ironhouse aren't bootcamp fluff. Every class has a strength component and a conditioning finisher — programmed by our coaching staff, scaled for every level in the room. You work hard, sweat with people who push you, and leave having actually trained. Cap is 14 per class so coaches can actually see you.
