We get on your roof and deliver a written 30-point inspection report with photos — no pressure, no upsell. We'll tell you if a repair is the smarter call, even when replacement would pay us more.
Written Estimate & Insurance Filing
You receive a detailed written estimate before a single nail goes in. If it's a storm claim, we prepare the insurance submission and attend the adjuster meeting on your behalf.
Professional Installation
Our W2 employee crews arrive on the scheduled day, execute the job, and magnetic-sweep the site for nails. Most replacements are done start to finish in one day.
Warranty & Final Walkthrough
You receive a 10-year Summit Ridge workmanship warranty in writing, plus the manufacturer's material warranty. We do a final walkthrough together before we close the job.
