Northpoint started in 2001 with one truck and a commitment to honest HVAC service. We still operate that way — except now we have a fleet and over 8,000+ satisfied customers across the Austin metro.
Northpoint HVAC was founded by a mechanical engineer who got tired of watching homeowners get oversold equipment they didn't need and underserved on maintenance. The premise was simple: show up on time, diagnose the actual problem, quote a flat rate, and fix it right.
Twenty-five years later, that premise still drives every service call. Our technicians go through 160 hours of training before their first solo visit. They carry fully-stocked trucks so most repairs close in a single visit. They quote before they work — always.
