HEATING & FURNACE
Texas winters arrive fast and leave without warning. A furnace that hasn't been serviced in three years is one cold front away from failure. Northpoint technicians inspect, clean, and tune your heating system before the season — and when something breaks mid-winter, we respond the same way we do in July: fast, fully-equipped, and honest about what the fix will cost.

“Called at 7am on a 28° morning — furnace completely out. They were there by 10, replaced the igniter, and had heat back on before noon. My kids never even noticed.”

COMMON QUESTIONS
When should I service my furnace?
Early fall — ideally October — before the first cold snap. A tuned furnace runs 10–15% more efficiently and is far less likely to fail when temperatures drop.
Is my cracked heat exchanger dangerous?
Yes. A cracked heat exchanger can leak carbon monoxide into your living space. If we find one, we'll document it clearly and discuss safe repair or replacement options — no pressure.
Do you service heat pumps as well as gas furnaces?
Yes — all heat pump brands and configurations, including dual-fuel hybrid systems.
