The Problem

A truck, a phone number, and word of mouth.

Big Red started the way a lot of good local businesses do — a truck, a phone number, and people who already knew the crew. No website, no logo, no brand. That works right up until you want to grow, because word of mouth only reaches people who already know somebody. This summer Andrew, Anthony, and Charles decided to stop running it as a side hustle and go all in. Going all in meant existing online — and not just a page, but a brand a stranger could trust before ever picking up the phone.

Our Approach

We started with identity, not code. Big Red needed a mark that worked on a truck door and one that worked as a profile picture, so we drew two — an illustrated badge for the trucks and print, and a circular version for merch and social. The site was then built around how people actually search: junk removal and moving, town by town. Rather than one page listing every town they serve, each South Shore town got its own page written specifically about that place — the neighborhoods, the access problems, the kinds of jobs that come up there. The merch followed the same identity, so a hat, a shirt, a truck, and the website all read as the same company.

The Result

A side hustle with a real brand behind it.

Big Red now looks like the business they decided to become. Two logos, merch that matches, and a site that answers what a homeowner needs to know before they will call anyone: what it costs, whether you work in their town, and who is actually showing up. Eight South Shore town pages put them in front of neighbors searching in their own neighborhood, and a flat-rate quote form turns that traffic into booked jobs. Same crew, same reputation — now with a brand around it.
