X-Factor Athletic Performance had spent five years building one of Midlothian's top-rated training programs — a proven system, a real coaching staff, and the kind of word-of-mouth that fills a gym. Owner Brett Woldanski came to YWF needing a site that actually did the recruiting work between Google search and first session.
Our Approach
The build targeted the moment between "saw their Instagram" and "booked a free trial." That meant a high-impact animated hero to hold attention, service sections that quickly answer "is this for me," coach profiles that establish the program's credibility, and a lead form that's frictionless enough to capture even casual interest.
